PLC CON means the Keypad device(CIU) is unable to Communicate with the Main meter in the Utility Box.

Below are some steps to help resolve the incident:

1. Plug the keypad into a wall socket to ensure the wall socket is switched on. If PLC still remains trying using other plug points in the home.

2. Try to replace the battery in the keypad device for new batteries. and try step 1 again.

3. Ensure the switches on the DB board are in an on position and reset the earth leakage breaker by switching it off and on again, try step 1 again.

If the 3 steps do not reset xPLC CON, you will have to call out your local municipality or installer to review the installation
