Please be advised that the TID Rollover process, which was originally scheduled to conclude in November 2024 and subsequently extended to 31 January 2026, is no longer supported as of this date.
The extension was granted to allow customers sufficient time to complete the rollover activities. With the extended deadline now concluded, no further TID rollover requests can be accommodated.
Customers who have successfully completed the rollover process will continue to operate as normal. For customers who may still be experiencing challenges related to TID rollover, we kindly recommend engaging with your internal teams or meter suppliers to explore alternative remediation options where applicable.
